My name is Christian Gruber, and I am a consultant with a background in software development. I've worked in custom application development in large corporate environments in C++, Java, and .NET, moved up into architecture and team-leadership, have done project management, but am now largely focused on improving software development processes at organizations. Such work is largely focused on Agile and Lean methods and practices..
